摘要

目的：展示一种显微镜辅助下尿道下裂修复方法，作为教学和人体工程学研究工具。方法：-年期间，MDalal在显微镜辅助下应用一期法或二期法（Brack）修复尿道下裂患者例，进行回顾性分析研究。结果：56例患者采用一期法修复，46例患者采用二期法修复。早期和晚期并发症发生概率分别为4.9%（n=5）和10.7%（n=11）。一期法和二期法尿瘘发生率分别为5.3%（n=3）和13%（n=6）。结论：尿道下裂结构的良好展现有助于手术医师选择适合的治疗方案。作者应用两种不同方法修复尿道下裂，发现显微镜在手术中的辅助作用巨大，不仅能够显示清晰的手术视野，还有助于教学。
